The communities where we live, work, and build are impacted by the growing public health threat of the 2019 novel coronavirus or COVID-19. Supreme Lending is here to support you and we want to share information about how we are prioritizing the safety and well-being of our workforce and our customers in the community.

First, we have activated our Business Continuity Plan to effectively respond to numerous situations to minimize the disruptions to our business. Our BCP Task Force confers daily and is closely monitoring local, state and national guidance and adjusting our plan based on evolving developments. Since we offer loans to customers across the nation, we are preparing for unique contingencies that could arise in any of the communities we serve.

Second, we deployed our “work from home” protocol to transition our employees to use our secure technology solutions to continue day-to-day business activities. We also took other steps to prioritize the health and wellbeing of our workforce in our facilities by rescheduling large meetings, postponing travel, practicing social distancing, establishing new office cleaning routines, and other precautionary measures.

Third, we are prepared and ready to answer your questions about the impact of COVID-19:

  • If your loan application is in process, reach out to your Loan Officer.
  • If we are servicing your mortgage loan and you are impacted by circumstances related to COVID-19, call Customer Care at 866-219-0032.
  • If you don’t know whether now is the right time to apply for a loan, call us at (877) 350-5225 to talk to a Loan Officer.
  • Watch out for scammers who may try to take advantage of fears surrounding the coronavirus, such as by selling “cures” or offering fake vaccines offers. Be skeptical of unexpected emails or charity solicitations. For more info, visit the FTC Website

You can lean on Supreme Lending during these uncertain times. We will maintain our focus on facts, not fear. Stay safe!
